Appreciate the work you put in Curt, and everyone else that leads the raids too. I was asked to lead some raids in my old guild and found it really stressful, and that was only casual!

Actually, I am luckier than most Raid Leaders.

Searing Sun has a very tight leadership team which helps run our raids behind the scenes.

From such mundane tasks such as checking everyone is on Vent, to heal assignments, actual raid setup and selection, strategy discussions, recruitment and raider development. One of my key sayings is "Raiding is a Team sport" and I am happy to say I get great support from within the guild.
